Recipe by Jennifer and Ludovic Coatanroch, Behind the Bar

I worked at Southwest Cafe in Ridgefield for a few years, and I made more margarita's than I could ever begin to count. I have many fond memories of my time there...and, I learned a great deal about tequila. But we'll save that for another day. ;)
I prefer mine on the rocks, no salt. But, for the sake of the video and picture, we added salt to the rim, lol.
When you realize that you actually don't need all of the filler ingredients (like margarita mix or sour mix with sweetener)...it's pretty cool how "natural" a margarita can be.
It's pretty easy to make, too, and it can be adjusted to how sweet or un-sweet you'd like it.
We hope you enjoy it!!
